Refund Policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +962799607726 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective back to us.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Cancellations
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for delivery, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being delivered.

Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at sales@the-medshed.com. And amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by customer.
Delivery policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is out for delivery. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, kindly contact us directly at +962799607726 and we will do our best to serve you.
Delivery Rates and Estimates
For calculated delivery rates: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free delivery for orders over JD35.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Sayegh Center, Al-Yasmeen. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10-5pm Sunday-Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@the-medshed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
